We want
to make every effort to provide you with horse and carriage when and where you have reserved. In case of rain, we can attach
the top (partial enclosure) a blanket and our footman will escort you with large umbrellas.

A: We will contact you (or your designated planner) the morning
of the event. We will determine then and there if the current weather and forecast for your location is desirable enough to
proceed. If we both agree that weather conditions are far too bad to even want a carriage ride or pictures, you will receive
a gift certificate for the full amount of our services and preferential treatment for a re-scheduling date. For instance,
our next available opening, your photographer’s next opening, your anniversary, birthday, or whatever you desire. We
very much want to fulfill our obligations to you.
B: In the event, during the morning weather call we decide to proceed as planned, and we
clean, shoe, dress, decorate, load and travel to your event site and then the weather is so inclement that either you decline
to ride or we deem it reckless and dangerously unsafe to proceed, a fee will apply as follows. At your request we will either
refund you half of your total amount or provide you with a gift certificate for half the total amount.
We have developed these policies in order
be as fair as possible to all parties involved. We are very motivated to do whatever is necessary to make your "once
in a lifetime" event as special and enjoyable as possible. We pledge to work with you to arrive at a mutually beneficial
outcome no matter what the weather holds.
